lost friend from Sheffield

Hi There .Im trying to trace a friend from long ago .Her maiden name was Dianne Quixall and all I know is that she was from Sheffield .I dont know from which part .

She trained as a nurse in Whipps Cross in London in the years 1966 ish and we met for the last time in 1969 .Addresses got lost and we lost contact .We met briefly in Dublin in late 1969 but NEVER exchanged addresses .She worked for a period in West Didsbury Memorial Hospital in Manchester,but as far as I know she moved back to London again .Anybody with any news ???Joe
