It was an in place to go in the 60s Hi my mum use to work at The Shake 1966-1968.Some Saturdays my cousin and i use to go in for Strawberry Milkshakes.I remember my Mum use to talk about a Dave Berry-i think he was a singer-i was only 8 at the time so im not sure.My mum left there to work at Middlewood Hospital-what a draatic job change!I think the owner was a Mrs Blaskey but it could be Blakley Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
