pgmetcalf Posted June 20, 2008 Share Posted June 20, 2008 Anyone remember these or confirm if they were, in fact, air-raid shelters? The were under the embankment approx 10-15 metres North of the old school building near Meynell Road. There were annex classrooms were built over the top and at the end of the old playground were the toilets backing on to Meynell Road. Does anyone know when these annexes were built?
