Just to keep the pot boiling and everyone completely confused, here's another one of Richard's, though I've changed the clues to avoid giving offence.

Satellite Fascist leader christened and relatively connected to Formula 1 joined to the Possessor of the ultimate father in 1911.

PS. If you don't mind being offended, PM Richard for the original clue But be warned, you may be offended! Just don't blame me.

So have we got an answer for James Brown yet. I am still looking for

the Bowie connection mainly the production in Sheffield of Bowie Knives,

probably way off the mark.

Now, do we think Bowie is his real name ? If it isn't .... <Duh> ... then which Monkee does he share a name with ? Monkees not related in any way to this question/answer ... no Bobbing mind you ...

The silverfish escapes me completely for the moment.

...

This silverfish, maybe it's not silver all the way along ... maybe only the non-tail end is Silver ...

In suburbia a cutter who'd once heard sirens, told the whole town about it, loudly. The US prosecutor stood by his relatives. (1911)

(I don’t know how much of the 1911 directory is on Sheffield Records Online. This is from the facsimile at historicaldirectories)

That'll do for me, the not Bodding bit meant don't bother with Bowie's middle name - Robert. Well done. It was Silver Street Head.
