Newly "proved" Pubs/Beerhouses

There are plenty of Pubs and Beerhouses listed, some of these have, so far, had no names associated with them. They were just a building from the past.

I'm trying, amongst other things, to put names against these premises.

We can use this thread to fill in the gaps. I will, at some point, post selected listings of Pubs/Beerhouses (those with names e.g. Lion and Lamb Beerhouse) to see if anyone can find keepers.

Anyway, there follows eight I've "proved" today.

Three Legs Beerhouse, Christopher Joynes, 30 Union Lane (1871)

I assume Christopher had the normal compliment of legs !

Obviously not "new", but I didn't have any "Keepers" for this place, not even 1951 until today.

Forest Hotel Beerhouse, William Pickin, Rutland Road.

What "special" place does the Rutland hold in Sheffield Pubs and Beerhouses, anyone know ?
