22 April 1802.

Mr. Francis Chantrey (the sculptor) advertised to

take portraits in crayons, at. 24, Paradise Square

" and trusts in being happy to produce good and

satisfactory likenesses, and no exertion shall be

wanting on his part, to render his humble efforts

deserving some small share of public patronage."

Hmm, I can't see any reason for this to not be available in the UK. I might upload it to archive.org.

Whilst on holiday last month I noticed a number of work's by Francis Chantrey in Holkham Hall, on the North Norfolk Coast which is well worth a visit.

- marble busts of Cokes of Norfolk

- marble relief of "The Passing of the Reform Bill"

- marble plaque of two woodcock.
