I think these are your ancestors living in what is now Cambridge Street from the 1841 sadly Henry isn't at the address on the day of census. These may or may not be the people you are searching for but I believe that they are as they are all seem to be some kind of purveyors. Only you can verify this.

Davison, George of 65 Coalpit Lane, Sheffield South. Aged 50 years.
Davison, Mary of 65 Coalpit Lane, Sheffield South. Aged 45 years.

Davison, William of 65 Coalpit Lane, Sheffield South. Aged 13 years.

==========================

1852

George Davison, Carter & Greengrocer 5 Pinfold St

1862

Henry Davison, Poultry Dresser 16 Fargate  ( I did find a Henry Davison living at No 7, court 2 Eyre Street in 1875 but as to whether its your Henry I couldn't say. )

William Davison, Greengrocer St Marys Road

1893

George Willis Davison, 60 Cemetery Road, sadly this house has gone.

John Henry Davison, 93 Shirebrook Road, Heeley ( this John maybe Henrys son )

No 93 Shirebrook Road Heeley, the one with Solar Panels.

There is a Jewish Davison lineage in Sheffield, however I hazard a guess that this was created from an Eastern European name.
