My Uncle worked at Grimesthorpe junction in the 1950's and he remembers a photo, taken from an elevated position of the engine shed. Has anyone any links to any such pictures. Picture Sheffield doesn't show it and I'm drawing a blank searching the net. I do believe the photo was in a book about the Midland railway, but I don't know the title. Big ask I know.
