Welney
We had a set of knives with the name 'Percy Leigh, Progress Works, Sheffield'. Percy was my Grandad's brother and they were both directors of James Leigh and Sons Limited at Progress Works, Sudbury Street. They were predominantly file makers; I don't know if the knives were made for the family or were on general sale. Percy does not appear on the archive.
