Sheffield History
In this scene we see Jimmy Muir walking all night and then down onto the train tracks after losing his brother. He makes a life or death decision with the toss of a coin
Sheffield History
The first shot in the scene is of Sean Bean walking down Brightside Lane towards Meadowhall
Sheffield History
This next one is a pure guess so I either need your confirmation or I need someone to tell me the exact location! I saw the gas tower and thought it might be around Parkwood/Neepsend and came to this stretch of road on Parkwood Road that seems to match but I'm not 100% The brickwork matches, the gate matches, the slope matches so i'm 99% confident on this one Can anyone confirm or put me right?

I'm only looking at the photos on my phone, there's a light in the distance above the wall. If I remember they used to have the Uni Arts Tower lit at night. It's about the right height and angle. SteveHB
Ignore background lighs from buildings on the horizon, it is dark so hard to tell what buildings they are. Look at: Where pipes cross above the road and butress seen on L/H wall. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.3975886,-1.483113,3a,15y,166.88h,86.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1svVVPVe2UVy-bRXeYuqnMqg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

But we got out more to "have a look" at a location where a photo was. You do a great job.
