The Shakespeare Pub Scene (Fox House) - When Saturday Comes Filming Location

At the start of When Saturday Comes the young Jimmy and Russell Muir head out of school and sneak into the local pub for a pint!

The pub in When Saturday Comes is called The Fox House but at the time it was really The Shakespeare on Well Road in Heeley. (It's now called The Brothers Arms)

Landlord of The Shakespeare at the time was David Fox who has now left the trade but still lives in Heeley

WHEN SATURDAY COMES - THE SHAKESPEARE PUB FILMING LOCATION

We first see the pub when Jimmy and Russell Muir come out of school and walk down the road and the pub is pretty much right next door

The school is on Anns Road and the pub is on the adjoining Well Road

The Fox House was the name of the pub in When Saturday Comes 
In real life it was Ye Olde Shakespeare Inn on Well Road (now The Brothers Arms just to confuse things a bit more!)

In When Saturday Comes the lads have a sneaky pint thanks to a barmaid that the lads notice is well blessed in the buxom department.
Things soon come to a head though when their dad spots them boozing and kicks them out and gives them a clout round the ear

Question is though - was this filmed inside the Shakespeare or were the internal shots filmed elsewhere?
