DaveJC
Been everywhere on that coast, however found Benalmadena Pueblo totally by accident many years ago. It’s very Spanish, nice to walk around, have a drink in the square, best on a side street for food. The first time we actually stayed in the pueblo we used the La Fonda Hotel, it won’t disappoint, I promise. It’s very easy to park in, but if you want to use public transport it’s great and cheap, and there are more taxis than you can waive a stick at. When you feel the need for the beach you won’t do better than Calahonda. We were booked to stay beach front, Calahonda April last, needless to say we didn’t make it.
