VULCAN : GOD OF FIRE SCULPTURE

This sculpture is situated on the side wall of the old Co-Op Castle House building on Angel Street / King Street

The Vulcan sculpture was sculpted and created by Boris Tietze in 1961.

Does anyone have any other information on this famous Sheffield landmark sculpture?
