Calvin72
Hello All, Yesterday I stumbled upon the site of Bole Hill Quarry. There is plenty of stone in the ground and paths just by Bole Hill Rec. Of interest was this set of bollards at the end of Moorsyde Avenue. I don't think I've seen the style before. Any thoughts or information on the Quarry? Can't find much - it looks like it was pretty small?
John Russell
Those bollards have probably been moved there at sometime in the past when they were no longer required in a Sheffield city centre location somewhere. The 'badge' is the—very corroded—coat of arms of Sheffield Corporation.

Calvin72
That is a nice example! Very clear. The rest of that thread is about the far more common Norfolk bollards 'HN', there don't seem to be many of the Corporation style around.
