Help needed identifying this old Sheffield location

Take a look at these photos. They're stills from a movie filmed here in Sheffield.

I want to say that they are taken in the old walkway up the side of the ABC Cinema on Angel Street, and that's reinforced by the two signs on the left hand side on the corner of the walls that look like possible movie posters/ads 

What do you think?

Am I bang on or miles off?

In which case the top poster could be for Bronco Billy as that was released after The Shining. I suspect a request was made to put the lights on in the arcade to give a bit more illumination for the film.
