madannie77
From old-maps.co.uk: 1890 An overlay, with a map dating from after the row of buildings was demolished suggests that it is now underneath or alongside Park Square https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=18&lat=53.38314&lon=-1.46132&layers=168&b=7 Google Streetview:
Sadbrewer
Described as being near the market and between the railway stations.
tozzin
This photo shows Sheaf Street looking towards junction with Broad Street and Corn Exchange, premises include (from left) No 20, Queen's Head and No 14, Horse and Jockey Hotel. So it was more or less opposite the Newmarket pub on the corner of Broad St / Sheaf St, the Corn Exchange can clearly be seen.
