Photo number three I need help locating

Some kind of war display with the words King Edward and Queen Alexandra on them

Norfolk Arms in the background but where exactly in Sheffield are we?

Note the urinal on the left, trimmed up to try and hide it from Royalty!

Here's my new one that I need help with. The background buildings behind this Sheffield corner shop may help but I'm stumped..

It is 23 Gleadless Road, Heeley, Sheaf Bank, on the right.
