boginspro
It's an early Sheffield registered chara' , and it looks like the start of a trip so is it in Sheffield and if so where? The only clue I can see is the distinctive building at the back. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Photo-of-charabanc-with-passengers-Sheffield-/303329117513?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l44720.c10&nordt=true&rt=nc&orig_cvip=true
RLongden
Looking at the back of the image on eBay, there seems to be the word ‘Chesterfield’ written in pencil, in the top right-hand corner. So, could it be somewhere in Chesterfield, rather than Sheffield?.....

I couldn't work out exactly what it says but it does look like Chesterfield with something before and after that word, though it looks like it has been crossed out. Is there an internet site something like "Picture Chesterfield?"
Edmund
It's the White Hart Inn, Worksop Road, Attercliffe, now demolished. On the above picture you can make out that it's a Stones house and the landlord is C. I. Needham. EDIT His wife Bertha died 3rd April 1921 not Charles Isaac - my error. However, Charles Isaac in July 1921 moved to the Plumpers Inn at Tinsley so we still have a guide as to the date. He moved to the Stag Hotel, 111 Wickersley Road, Herringthorpe in September 1933 (the pub is still there on the Stag roundabout). He actually died in 1942, buried on 24th September. I've added an extract from the 1939 Census More info here:

Well found Edmund , perhaps I should have recognised the place. It was a regular call for me in the 60's though it didn't look much like that by then and was completely surrounded by Brown Baileys. Gamal
Seems like only yesterday when it was there.

We always tried not to finish up at the Britt near closing time because the landlord often seemed to run out of draught bitter about twenty past ten and said he hadn't time to change the barrel. I don't know if it was true but we assumed he made more profit on the bottled stuff.
