My friend took out a years sub intendng it to be only a year. They renewed it without any warning email. They work differently to Ancestry I think who give you plenty of notice. auntiechaos Posted July 29, 2018 Share Posted July 29, 2018 I have an annual subscription and got a 14-day warning of renewal and a confirmation email after. If you have access, click on My account top right when you're logged in, and it should tell you what subscription you have and when it runs out.
