Help needed - Was this Wicker building a hotel?

Here's a building near Wicker Arches on The Wicker. 

I know the answer is already on this website but I can't find it.

To me it looks like an old hotel but is it?

It wasn't a Hotel it was a Bank. The Sheffield & Hallamshire.

Ahhh!! A few people wrong on Facebook who insist it was a hotel

The two 'hotels' in that area were The Station (the building on the right in the photo behind the bus) and The Viaduct which is out of shot to the left of the photo and is now the Palmyra Restaurant I believe.

Ahhhh it's the Station Hotel i had in my mind when asking this question
