History dude
I had a automated phone call from BT which said my broadband account had been compromised in California and it would be terminated. And to press 1. First off I am not with BT Broadband. And as you can tell from this message my broadband is working fine. So for BT customers or any others, don't assume that an automated service is genuine. The press 1 was probably a link to a premium rate line. If in doubt let them cut you off and then phone up your provider.
