Do you know anyone who was at Carbrook School in Sheffield in 1958?

If so are they in this photo from that time?

People most remember there where two Carbrook schools, Carbrook Church of England which i went too,and the Carbrook board school which was on Atterclife common.

Sixty years on and what a happy bunch of kids they look...and without an electronic gizmo in sight.

My older two brothers (Cliff Martin and  Richard  (wee pipe - each time I put his real name in (D*ck) , the site changes it to “wee pipe”) ) Martin) are on this picture, though only Cliff is visible as the picture is cropped a bit.

I saw the full picture first a couple of years ago in Michael Liversidge’s great book on Attercliffe.  It was a surprise to me to see it in the book. I was probably in the infants in 1958 as I attended Carbrook County Juniors until 1964. Good days, good friends, good teachers, good place to grow up and great memories.
