FARGATE in Sheffield City Centre

Recommended Posts

Just like the Moor I think it was better before pedestrianisation, we had a great traffic system with one long straight line from Abbeydale to Attercliffe, The traffic did move slowly in the busy periods but that didn't seem to matter when you could jump on and off a tram or bus anywhere along the way.

Fargate shops in Sheffield city centre.

wow, what an amazing photograph, some of the buildings have not changed at all.

When I walk through Fargate, I spend most of my time looking up above the shops there now, that is where all the beauty of the architecture lies.

Thanks for sharing, have you got any other photos of Fargate?
