SteveHB 52 Posted January 5, 2018 This appears to be the location of court 12, on the west side of South Street (Park), just south of the Sun Inn on the corner of Gilbert Street, circa 1890. https://www.old-maps.co.uk/index.html#/Map/436036/387062/13/100453

Old rider 22 Posted January 6, 2018 Just a thought. Have you got the right South Street? I had an ancestor who was on South Street in Census data. The South Street turned out to be The Moor today! Look at the old maps and you will find that The Moor used to be called South Street.
