boginspro Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 Bowaters sold all sorts of household goods and furnishings, shoes, clothes, and probably a lot of stuff I can't remember. It was owned by John Bolsover and Bill Waterhouse. One of them ran that shop and the other ran their South Road shop. You could get goods and pay weekly.
