Sheffield History
The shirt that Sheffield Wednesday wore for the FA Cup Final at Wembley in 1966 was a pure white design. Really nice but obviously not the home kit. There will be a reason why the Owls played in this and not their usual blue and white kit. The day didn't go according to plan either with Wednesday taking a 2-0 lead but coming out disappointed as Everton created one almighty fightback to win the game. A lot of broken hearts in Sheffield that day that's for sure.
