Saint Swithin's Church Hall Manor about 1982.

The Church hall was much smaller than this, it's entrance was on Baseldene Rd, looks more like the Vicarage

And yes now I think about it, it is the vicarage.

The original church building was demolished due to mining subsidence. It has since been replaced with a very nice, but modern building.

When was it demolished please, I could well be wrong but can't remember seeing the new one? Any chance of a picture of the replacement please?

Handsworth St. Mary, with the Cross Keys pub in the churchyard.  Across the road is the car sales which was the Endowed School.  I had lessons in there in 1940 when I first started school, we marched up from the main school in Fitzalan Road after assembly, carrying our gas masks.
