ceegee
The attached photo is of 213 Crookes and the lady standing outside the shop is the wife of H Morrison (Harold). Her name is Florence Morrison nee Mercer and she was born in Sheffield 1905. Any additional information about the shop and its owners would be most welcome

ceegee
Thank you for the information - yes the row of shops were demolished and replaced by two-story flat roofed units that now house Just Natural, Age UK, Jack Fultons and William Hill's. I have yet to ascertain why the row was demolished and the date the demolition took place
RichardB
If you are interested in Harold Morrison, MIGHT be worth looking at 38 Spring Hill, since a Harold M. lived there certainly 1944-1972. Check out Chrs Hobbs site. Not making any claims at all - just something to chase (if you wish to).
