The tram looks like number 315 to me. It entered service in the form seen in 1914 and was given a fully enclosed top deck in 1922.

Is that a statue of Victoria?

When, or where, did it go?

Who is the other figure sitting at her side?

Why is the pub advertising Bovril?

Van Ralty, photographer

37 Fargate (White's 1919)

10 Independent Buidlings, 21 Fargate (Kelly's 1925)

Looks to me like the prominent advert is on number 37, assuming there has not been a renumbering since the 1910s.
