vox
Although I'm completely in favour of slowing people down on side streets, I think this one is a bit "overkill" Wesley Lane, Crookes.
THYLACINE
Horizontal graffiti. They should be made to clean it off. It has totally ruined the character of a traditional back lane.
Bayleaf
It does look like a DIY job. Near us there's a set of double yellow lines outside a house that were put there by the householder. If anyone stops there even for minute he dashes out with a camera and threatens to report them. Some people have strange hobbies...
vox
It is official Thylacine. They're painted at the ends of most of the side streets now, along with the red white and black 20mph signs on the street lights etc. My point was that you'd have all on to get up to 10mph, let alone 20, down that lane. Any one doing 20 down there would be driving dangerously.
THYLACINE
I can't believe it's for vehicular traffic. Two wheelbarrows would have a job passing each other.
