Although I am familiar with wine bottle openers that have a knife to cut the foil (or even the wires on a wired chaampagne cork), a corkscrew and a lever device to pull the screwed cork out of the bottle I have not come across anything like this. You call it a champagne knife, it seems to have a short knife blade, a hook and at the other end a small brush. I would be interested in how this knife is used as it is clearly intended for a very specific job.
