In the mid 80's SCCAU ran a series of concerts in Weston Park and the Octagon Centre that featured local bands giving concerts to aid the plight of the unemployed in Sheffield. 85 and 86 were filmed and released on VHS. Dolebusters 85 features the set by Pulp, from which that track is taken (it appeared on an obscure local cassette called See You Later, Agitator). However, attempts to actually track down the full VHS have proved fruitless for me, although it's definitely out there as there is footage on the excellent Beat Is The Law 80's Special DVD.
