A bit more information here And a bit more here, which is more concerned with the Mills Diesel engines made post-war. I wonder if the Mills Bros mentioned in this Picture Sheffield image is the same company. I assume it is, given the "precision engineering" tag. By 1931 Mills Brothers address has changed to St Mary's Road, and they are putting half page adverts in this magazine: this one is from the January 1931 magazine.
