Hi everyone,

Does anyone know whether or not there are likely to be any records anywhere of employees of the above named company from around 1912/13, please?

This sounds like a good place to begin looking 4star. Not sure they are open but watch this space for updates, September maybe ...

Good Luck, keep us updated, come back with the full listing and we'll be much obliged to you

The company records of Firth Brown are at Sheffield Archives and I'm pleased to say they are fully catalogued!

Our online catalogue will be available in the next few months which will enable remote searching. We're just completing the final testing ready for launch.

Please get in touch and outline your research request - the Firth Brown collection includes many employment records (1844 - 1973) and we may be able to help.
