  1. At the Midland station end of the bus station, there used to be a British Restaurant, serving luke warm tea and soda cakes. Late 1940's early 50's ?
  2. Rowlinson There were girls at Rowlinson who transferred from Carfield in 1953, I remember standing along the drive,when Princess Margaret's car raced by. My form teacher was a Mr Barnes. My name is Eunice, there were a couple of Margarets, a Maureen and a couple of Janet's, I cannot remember surnames.
  3. Are there any surviving members of GLB, used to meet in the Victoria Hall?
  4. I would like to contact any remaining relatives of Samuel Byram and Grace Baxter both died in the 1940's and who lived in Kirby Road Darnall
