With further research (and lots of help) the church is identified as St. Cuthbert's in Fir Vale. The groom might be Douglas Kay (son of Albert Edward Kay) and Clara Ellen Picksley in July 1922. Looking for more information to validate this.

Thank you. I had found the marriage, and along with the timing of the photographer, is what led me to think that this was the wedding in the picture. It was the only one I found that possibly matched. The Kays would have been fairly well off and this does look like a "well dressed" wedding. I just haven't been able to confirm that this is in fact Douglas and Clara.
