ST JOSEPHS ADVERT A5

my grandfather went to st josephs as a little boy the school was at the top of birkendale view i used to sit on the wall as a little girl fascinated with the nuns and their attire , i was not brought up catholic, st joshes was opposite behind the large stone wall that was known as common side. My parents pulled st josephs convent down mid 1970's easy 1980's they kept the font from that site and today it sits under our window, my mum had a victorian cast planter which she also salvaged from their demolition days I've uploaded a picture my parents were A.D.H demolition limited and mums remains are in a holy place thats more dear as this was part of her grandfathers place too and very much blessed
