RichardB
Need to investigate 1851 - see whether Joseph or Mary had the place; alternatively can anyone find out when Joseph died please. 1864 - Henry or Joseph ?? 1891, 1901 Census ?
Meersbrook
hi another bottle in my collection ! does anyone have info on joseph berley waggon and horses gleadless road heeley kev ( sheffield bottles wanted ) 1851 census has Mary as running Wagon and Horses, a widow. The 'new' Waggon and Horses was built by Joseph Berley about 1883 1881 census has a Joseph Barley as running it but wife and childrens names and ages fit in with Joseph Berley and his family
SteveHB
Joseph Barley's initials are cut into the keystone above the door, and the corner window.
RichardB
Need to investigate 1851 - see whether Joseph or Mary had the place; alternatively can anyone find out when Joseph died please. 1864 - Henry or Joseph ?? 1891, 1901 Census ? 1851 Mary Berley (Widow) would appear to answer that part of the puzzle.
