Charles H
I have been researching my ancestors for a few years now, but as always have run up against a brick wall. I would appreciate any information on William Holdsworth in the 1700's. He was a spoon maker. His son (also William) 1812-1860 ran a grocers and was a tea merchant located at 60 Snig Hill. Just up the road was the first retail branch of Boots, the chemist, outside Nottingham. Any information will be gratefully received. Regards to all, Charles Holdsworth
