Help please!

I am keen to identify the Group that issued this badge? Has anyone ever seen one before?? Are they rare?

I bought it because I thought it might be the Crimean and Indian Mutiny Veterans Group for which I have a separate topic running under Sheffield Veterans Guild.

If any one can help me identify the badge or has any pointers for further research I would be most grateful
