The back garden had parts of a very old wall, which I was told was listed, and other neighbouring houses showed signs of other old buildings. I was told they had been a part of the garden of a large house once owned by a steel magnate and long since demolished. No one seemed to know any more. I wonder, does anyone on here have a clue?
