Calvin72 Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 I am writing a short book about Sheffield street signs. This is nice - off Wolstenholm Road in Nether Edge. Any idea when Priory Crescent became Ventnor Place (or maybe the streets were re-aligned?) Edmund Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 I can't find any definite change of name date, but it appears to have gradually changed with references to Priory Crescent continuing for several years after Ventnor Place was in use.
