Sheffield 1941

A chap who lives in Basildon has sent a picture that was his fathers, he says his father was an evacuee to Sheffield during the war and as you can see its dated 1941. The chap from Basildon has asked if anybody knows just where this house is, it looks like some kind of medical establishment (recuperation?) for soldiers, there seems to be ten soldiers, a nurse plus an orderly on the top step of the doorway. I know it could be anywhere in Sheffield but knowing people on this forum somebody may have an idea as to where it is or was.
