Here it is by the look of it.

Although it doesn't appear to have an entrance on Pond Hill, I think it is the right one. There is another Court 6 lower down which appears to be on Pond Street

No, they only cover town centre area. I've looked on most of the maps on this site and can't find anything which shows Sussex St in detail, apart from the 1950's OS maps. By the look of things, by that time, it was all works buildings.

Just to prove Court 2 Sussex Street existed, here's the 1881 census return. Court 2 probably never appeared in trade directories as the labourers who lived there didn't need an entry and couldn't afford the cost.

The 1890 1:500 map is what's needed, but as old-maps have spoilt their site, this is the best resolution I can get (and it's not good enough). But as a guess, I'd expect Court 2 to be just behind Victoria Station.

I was looking for Court 12 Harvest Lane. A map would be good.

Anyone help?

There are plenty of maps showing Newbold but so far as I can see none showing Kent Lane.  Possibly the location could be narrowed down by analysis of the census enumerator's walk.

EDIT: Here's the 1891 Census description which refers to Kent Lane

The 1897 map shows Kent Lane well south of the actual village of Newbold

Kent Lane is now part of Highfield Road (circled red below)
